BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Make sure you have read the IMPORTANT NOTES and
TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully - Make sure you have your partner’s permission to discuss their chart
- Make sure you know the date, time and place of both your births
- Choose a date and time for your appointment on our booking calendar
- Complete the form, remembering to use the correct DATE format, and submit
- Checkout and pay

IMPORTANT NOTES
To book an appointment with Nicola you will need to pay with a credit card through PayPal. Then you will receive a confirmation of the time you have chosen, by return email.
If you miss your consultation, that is you do not make contact with Nicola via Skype or telephone at your allotted time, you will not be able to redeem your appointment or get a refund.
Should you change your mind after you have booked online, you will have 24 hours in which to cancel by email. A cancellation fee of £10 pounds will be applicable.
BIRTH TIMES ARE REQUESTED IN THE FORMAT DD/MM/YY.
If you enter incorrect data on your form and Nicola has prepared your chart according to that data, you may ask to reschedule another appointment for an additional £90. It is at Nicola’s discretion, otherwise you not entitled to a refund, and will have to re-book another appointment.
There is no guarantee that Nicola can, or will make you pregnant. You undertake to talk to her about your fertility issues and she undertakes to give you information regarding the potentially fertile times you should try to conceive.
There is no refund if you do not become pregnant – there are too many external factors over which Nicola does not have control in your life.
Nicola reserves the right to decline to consult, with discretion.
You may email Nicola and give her feedback, but there is no obligation on Nicola’s behalf to return your email or give you further information. Should you wish to consult with her again, you will have to go through the procedure of booking an appointment and paying for it using the payment facilities available.
Nicola is not a medical practitioner; she is an astrologer. She has a huge amount of medical knowledge about the reproductive techniques and outcomes, but it is the client’s duty to remember that she does not in any way pretend to be a representative of any medical organisation or council.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR CONSULTATION
How we feel affects how we think, and how we think affects how we behave and these habitual behaviours affect our health. Nicola can discuss the default settings of your chart and where the weak points and strong points are and how to negotiate the outside world with your own sensitive awareness without taking on the negativity of others and the patterning of the past.
Nicola will focus on medical history as a narrative, your emotional responses to situations and your defense mechanisms. Astrology can help to strengthen your immune system by putting proper emotional boundaries in place through understanding the role you play in your family constellation and in your working world.
Astrology can help us accept our own limitations as human beings as well as those of the people we love. Sometimes it is helpful to understand that someone behaves the way they do in a relationship not because they want to, but because they don’t know any other way to express themselves. The objectivity of such a reading does not challenge either party, nor does astrology take sides… Find out more about where your “bliss spots” are with your cosmic mate and take your understanding of one another to a new level. Your partner does not need to be present, but you would need their permission to discuss their chart.
Nicola can also discuss how each person communicates, what their value systems are, and how they perceived their own nurturing as well as what makes them feel safe and nourished as an individual. Be prepared for some rare honesty and be brave enough to take responsibility for loving and being loved by an extraordinary human being. Because we all are extraordinary!
You do not need to attend the consultation with your partner but you will need their permission to discuss your fertility issues. Nicola will discuss your medical history and you will be asked personal questions about the quality of your eggs and sperm, your hormone function results and your menstrual cycle. More broader issues such as expectations of parenthood, financial concerns, and past parental/abuse/drug abuse/addiction/depression might be raised. This is not an in-depth psychological consultation, Nicola will touch on those issues that appear as suggested by the astrology to be interfering with conception, and you may take these issues elsewhere to explore at some other point, or not.
The primary focus will be to time when you plan to have treatment or even natural conception, if that is the case. You will receive some notes ahead of your consult, sometimes an hour beforehand. Please try to have them handy, but they are not necessary if forgotten. These are meant to be an aide de memoir as they will allow you to focus more readily on what is said without having to concentrate on the dates, which can be overwhelming. If you do have a repeat consultation, you should email the relevant page/s to Nicola ahead of your consult, as she is not always at her desk in the UK.
Consultations are £190.00 GBP (Subject to change without notice).
Nicola is available for Zoom consultations Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm (UK and South African time).
